As a third-generation cabinet maker, Anne grew up understanding that good remodeling is not only about what people see when a project is finished. It is about the planning, details, materials, and care behind the finished space.

Meet Kevin: Operations Manager and Engineer
Kevin brings precision, structure, and practical problem-solving to Capozzi Design Build.
In 2006, Kevin left his corporate career as an engineer to bring his dual degree in Physics and Mathematics from Youngstown State University into the residential remodeling world.
As Kevin likes to say, “That’s what you do when you marry the cabinet maker’s daughter.”
That combination of engineering discipline, construction thinking, and family commitment helps shape the way Capozzi plans and manages remodeling projects today.
Kevin understands the complexity behind a successful remodel. His role helps bring order to the many moving parts homeowners do not always see, but absolutely feel throughout the remodeling experience.
