Our Team
We Are A Team
At Capozzi, we refer to ourselves as a team. For us, this is not a general term but a core value at the heart of our business model. We are a collection of professionals: gifted, educated, seasoned, and dedicated to doing what we do well. We function as a team for every project and respect our well-earned roles. We all work on every project, bringing our value to the mission and you.
Working with CDB means working with the best and getting the best from us.
Founders
The founders and co-captains of the team are Kevin and Anne. Anne manages the big picture while Kevin steadily takes care of the details. Anne’s guiding vision and design innovation have formed CDB into the team it is today. She is the spirit of the company.

Designers
Anne Capozzi
CEO and Creative Director
As the third generation of cabinet makers, Anne grew up seeing possibilities and sawdust come to life. After receiving her Certified Kitchen Designer accreditation from NKBA, she set out to turn those possibilities into the finest design/build company: delivering to her clients excellence in award-winning solutions, craftsmanship, and experiences.
Julie

Having started her career with a BA in Interior Design from the Ohio State University, Julie brings 35+ years of award-winning interior design and design/build experience to the CDB team.
Cynthia

After receiving her BS in Architectural Interiors from the University of Cincinnati, Cynthia has been in the design/build industry for over 30 years, creating award-winning projects and experiences.
Emma
Design Assistant
Having recently graduated with a BS in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Emma has a keen eye for detail and process and keeps everything moving forward.
Craftsmen
Kevin Gray
Operations Manager
In 2006, Kevin quit his corporate career as an engineer to apply his dual degree in Physics and Mathematics from Youngstown State University to the residential remodeling world. As Kevin says, “That’s what you do when you marry the cabinet maker’s daughter.”
Chris
Master Craftsman
It’s almost not hyperbole when Chris claims he cut his teeth on a hammer because he officially started his career in construction at the ripe old age of 13. He went on to carve his 40+ year career the classic way: graduating from trade school and serving as apprentice, journeyman, and now, a master craftsman.
Jon
Project Coordinator
Raised in the business, Jon studied Construction Science and received a degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University before bringing his 15+ years of unique perspective as craftsman and business owner to the residential remodeling industry.
Mike
Master Craftsman
With over 25 years of on-the-job experiences ranging from plumbing to window installation and a myriad of specialties in between, Mike’s in-the-field training has culminated into a craftsman who has had his hands on every aspect of residential construction.
Charlie
Master Craftsman
After 18 years as an automotive tool designer, Charlie began his second career in carpentry and now, 22 years later, he is a craftsman who brings his eye for precision and detail to all he does.
